Exceptional Refunds: In exceptional cases, if you are dissatisfied with your subscription or have encountered technical issues that prevent access to our content, please contact us within the first 14 days of your subscription or renewal date. We will evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

 

Ebooks and Digital Products

Refund Requests: Due to the digital format of our ebooks and digital products, all sales are considered final. We do not typically offer refunds once a purchase has been made. If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased ebook or are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis, seeking to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement download link or a different product of equal value.

Quality Issues: If any digital product is found to be defective or not as described, please inform us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund consideration. We reserve the right to ask for further information, such as screenshots or detailed descriptions of issues, to assist in resolving the matter.
